Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Campus Ventures, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By booking a flight through our platform, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Service Description

  • Guaranteed Ticket: When you book with us, we guarantee that you will receive a confirmed flight ticket for your selected destination and date, regardless of airline price changes.
  • Delayed Ticket Purchase: We monitor price fluctuations to optimize costs and may delay purchasing your ticket via the chosen airline on our end to potentially secure a lower price. This internal process does not impact your final ticket guarantee.
  • Alternative Flights: In very rare circumstances, such as if a flight becomes sold out, we may assign you to a different flight. We will notify you in advance and provide reimbursement or compensation if this occurs.
  • Seat Selection: Seat selection is not guaranteed and may not be available on flights booked at discounted rates. Seat assignments will be subject to the airline's policies and availability.

2. Booking Confirmation and Communication

  • Booking Confirmation: After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. This is a confirmation of your booking, not your final airline ticket.
  • Ticket Delivery: At least one week before departure, you will receive the official airline confirmation and any information required for check-in. In some cases, this information may be sent earlier.
  • Final Information: One day before departure, we will send a reminder email with your airline confirmation number for easy access.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Final Price: The price you pay at booking is final, regardless of any later price fluctuations.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed at booking and are non-refundable except as specified in these Terms.
  • Cancellation by Us: If we cannot fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund and notify you promptly.

4. Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: If you wish to inquire about a refund, please contact us at support@jumpseatapp.com. Eligibility for a full or partial refund depends on the booking status with the airline. Once your booking is confirmed with the airline (sometime between the time of purchase on our site to one week before departure), cancellation and refund terms are governed by the airline's policies and the fare class you selected. Please refer to the airline's terms and conditions for specific refund and cancellation eligibility after this confirmation.
  • Changes by Us: In rare cases where we cannot secure your originally booked flight, we reserve the right to rebook you on an alternative flight, with prior notice and appropriate compensation.

5. Data Collection and Use

By booking, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information (e.g., name, contact details, travel information) necessary for processing your booking. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • No Liability for Flight or Scheduling Issues: We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or scheduling conflicts arising from airline-related issues, including flight delays, cancellations, or any disruptions to your travel plans.
  • Failure to Confirm Booking: In the rare event that we are unable to confirm your booking as intended, we will contact you promptly and will offer reimbursement or other compensation at our discretion to address the inconvenience.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  • Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Indiana, per the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.
  • Limitation on Claims: Claims arising from these Terms or the use of our services must be filed within one (1) year from the date the claim arose.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
